What are the breathing exercises and do I really have to do them?

For this treatment to work you must agree to undertake some easy, simple breathing exercises for three days after listening to the audio component

This is not optional

These exercises are as follows

Sit comfortably.
Relax.
When you are ready, close your eyes and take a deep breath that fills your entire lungs.
Hold that breath for a second or so and then gently exhale.
Continue breathing in this manner 10 times - deeply in and out, in and out.

You should do this as soon as you wake in the morning and then on each hour (9:00, 10:00, 11:00 etc.) and the one final time before bed. 10 deep breaths. What could be simpler?

Of course, you do not need to panic if you miss one or two - just do them as you remember
